Leadership

Ohlone Leadership has two different sections and is taught by Mr. Lopez.

In Leadership Foundations, students work together using the design cycle to plan, publicize, and coordinate school activities such as Friday lunch activities, dances, spirit days, etc.  Through all of these activities, as well as class readings and lessons about leadership qualities, students will develop as student leaders.  Community & service and speech will be a regular component of this class.

In Leadership/Student Government, students work together with the Leadership Foundations class to plan, publicize, and execute school activities such as Friday lunch activities, dances, spirit days and etc.  Through these activities, students will build upon their skills gained in Leadership Foundations to grow as leaders and individuals.  The older leadership class also develops and publishes the school yearbook.  Community & service and speech will be a regular component of this class.
